Many problems can be solved without bringing your computer to us. As long as your device turns on and is connected to the internet, our technicians can securely connect to it using an application called AnyDesk.

You can easily book technician time in slots of 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes and schedule an online session.

Open the app no
installation required.

Step:3

Share the unique number shown on
your screen with our technician.

Step:4

Within seconds, we’ll be connected
and working on your issue.

Step:5

Once the session is over, you can
remove AnyDesk if you wish

We’ve been using AnyDesk for years and consistently receive excellent feedback from customers about how quick and hassle-free it is.

If your purchased time runs out, you can simply buy additional time to continue the session. And if we discover that your computer has a hardware issue, we can arrange a free collection (within 5 miles of our London workshop) or send a technician to your home or office.
