- Call or chat with us first to discuss your problem, then bring your device to our store.
- Many repairs can be completed the same day. If we’re fully booked, we may need to keep the device
- If your device is still usable while waiting for parts, you can take it back home until they arrive (we usually ask for a 50% deposit to order parts).
- In most cases, payment is only required once the repair is completed.

Book a Home or Office Visit
- Call or chat with us to get a quote, then book a technician to visit you
- If the issue can’t be fixed on-site, we’ll collect the device
- Need a temporary replacement? Let us know in advance, and we can provide a loan device.
- Once repaired, your device can be returned in person or shipped by courier (delivery fees apply)
- Payment can be made in advance, or on the day via bank transfer, over the phone, through our website, or in cash. Payment must clear before our technician leaves (except for regular customers).
Send Your Device to Us
Please call ahead before sending your device so we can create a ticket for it.
Ship the device to us, and once received we’ll carry out an inspection
We’ll contact you with a confirmed repair cost
Once completed, you can either collect the device in person or have it shipped back to you.

Remote Support
- Call or chat with us about the problem. A deposit is required to reserve your session (this counts towards the total cost), or you can pay in full upfront.
- Before the session, please download AnyDesk from our website.
- On Mac devices, certain security settings need to be enabled first. Make sure AnyDesk shows your ID number clearly, without an exclamation mark — otherwise valuable session time may be lost.
- If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, we can arrange a home visit (London and surrounding areas only).
- Payment can be made via bank transfer (using invoice details), over the phone, or through our website.
